You Will Never Lose Weight If...


There's no helping some people Reader

You could have ALL the knowledge about weight loss

ALL the motivation

ALL the right kit (yes, even a Whoop band and the latest Gym Shark leggings)

But you'll never get anywhere if you have a victim mentality

What do I mean by that?

Some people just let everything get in the way

This is normally how it goes...

"I'm super motivated, I want to lose 12 pounds in the next 3 months!"

6 weeks go by and this person hasn't lost any weight

Why? they've let things get in the way;

  • A 5-day holiday > they ate out and had a starter, main, dessert and 4 drinks every night 🍸 😎

  • Couples of BBQs > they piled their plate full of burgers, potato salad, and coleslaw (and went back for seconds) 🍔🍔🍔

  • Being ill for a few days > they used being as an excuse to do NO steps 😷

  • Their work summer party > they destroyed the buffet and stayed out 'til 1am drinking, then got a takeaway the next day because they were hungover 🍷🍻🍺🍷🍺🍕

Newsflash: they didn;t need to do that Reader, and neither do you

It is absolutely possible to do all these things, have fun, not miss out and STILL make progress (or at the very least not go backwards)

But if you have a victim mentality, your attitude will be 'these things happened to me and I couldn't do anything about'

Bullshit 💩

YOU are in control of your own life

You can go out and have 2 drinks

You can go on holiday and not eat everything in sight

You can be ill, and still go for a 40 minute walk

I know because 90% of my clients have done it, and so have I

Don't let these things be excuses. Deal with them.
