Is Online Coaching A Scam?

I saw someone post this on Instagram

(As a joke... I think)

I thought it was pretty funny Reader

It's funny because it's kind of true

Most people do just need to eat less... lol

Yep, most of the time it is just that simple

But is online weight loss coaching a scam?

Obviously I would say no, because I make money out of it

But if people know they just need to eat less - then why are so many people still overweight?

There's something else going on

I've helped over 100 people lose between 10 and 45 pounds

They all knew they just needed to eat less, but they still needed my help

So if you know what to do, but you're still not losing weight, I might be able to help you too.

Reply if you want to speak to me.

I've sent you a few emails about Ozempic before 💊 You probably know my feelings on it by now Reader If not, let me summarise; Yes, Ozempic probably will help you lose weight 📉 It works by suppressing your appetite, so you eat fewer calories, thus creating a calorie deficit ⬇ When you stop taking Ozempic, your appetite goes back to normal This means that you'll start eating more calories again, and your weight will gradually increase 📈 So while Ozempic will likely work for most people - the...

This isn't intended to call anyone out Reader I've had (and still do have) some awesome clients (some have lost 30+ pounds) But I've also had a lot of clients that haven't had any success AT ALL.
