The Hybrid Meal Meal Plan

If you paid any attention to any emails in the past (I wouldn't blame eyou if you hadn't)

You'll know how opposed I am to rigid meal plans 🍱

Shit like this;

Sure it sounds fine, maybe you could stick to it for a few weeks

But can you stick to it forever Reader?

If the answer is no, you shouldn't use a rigid meal plan like this

Why?

Because once you lose those 10 pounds you wanted to, you'll go back to eating normally πŸ” 🍟🍦

And those 10 pounds will go straight back on πŸ“ˆ

Because you haven't learned how to eat normally while controlling your calories

<<<<<< RANT OVER >>>>>

There is a place for a 'hybrid' meal plan however

What the f**k is a 'hybrid meal plan'?

Well, I just made it up in my own head, BUT it goes something like this...

Eat the same meals WHEN your conditions permit

For example, I work from home 4 days of the week, ALL of those 4 days are the same, so I'll eat the same breakfast and lunch on those days

So if I eat 4 meals a day (that's 28 meals a week), 8 are the same from day to day

The other 20 vary, but it gives me a level of control and predictability

Honestly, this works well for the majority of people

Do you really want to be thinking about 28 different exciting meals per week? πŸ“†

Course you don't, you have better things to do

So, if you think you want or need a meal plan, think again.

But for you it will likely make a lot of sense to keep some meals the same all the time

Ok, I'm off to trademark 'hybrid meal plans'

I've sent you a few emails about Ozempic before πŸ’Š You probably know my feelings on it by now Reader If not, let me summarise; Yes, Ozempic probably will help you lose weight πŸ“‰ It works by suppressing your appetite, so you eat fewer calories, thus creating a calorie deficit ⬇ When you stop taking Ozempic, your appetite goes back to normal This means that you'll start eating more calories again, and your weight will gradually increase πŸ“ˆ So while Ozempic will likely work for most people - the...

I saw someone post this on Instagram (As a joke... I think) I thought it was pretty funny Reader It's funny because it's kind of true Most people do just need to eat less... lol Yep, most of the time it is just that simple But is online weight loss coaching a scam?
