Let's say you're really good at your job, and you can get stuff done to a decent standard without much effort

It means you can put MORE effort into stuff that really matters to you, like;

  • Spending time with family
  • Playing with the kids
  • Catching up on Netflix
  • Cooking a delicious dinner
  • Working on your side project
  • Hitting the gym

And that's awesome

​

You're doing what needs to be done, but directing the effort to stuff that matters most

The same is true with weight loss

​

​

​

People think that to lose weight you need to;

​

​

​

  • Spend hours in the gym ⏲
  • Meticulously food prep the same meals every day πŸ₯—
  • Join a local boot camp πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ
  • Invest in a Whoop band so you can track your 'recovery score' πŸ€”
  • Cut out processed foods 🍫

And just generally put in a ton of EFFORT and SUFFERING
