Don't Let Weather Dictate Your Weight

Summer is just around the corner

It sure as hell doesn't seem like it Reader

In the UK, it's barely been above 15 degrees C for the last 6 months 🥶

It's enough to make you forget summer even exists 😎

But it does

And when it comes, you're going to want to be in shape

The problem is, you'll only start thinking about it when the sun finally comes out

And by then, it's too late

Let's say you have a holiday, wedding or some other event in mid-August when you want to look your best

Generally, the UK doesn't start getting warm until the end of June (if we're lucky)

That's when most people decide to start taking action to improve their physique

It might take a couple of weeks to get going, so realistically, you've only really given yourself 5 weeks

For most people, that's not enough time to get meaningful results

Sure, you might be able to drop a couple of pounds

But that's probably not enough to;

  • Feel confident semi-naked on the beach 🏖

  • Fit into that wedding outfit 👔 👗

  • Get that perfect holiday photo 🤳

  • Look your best at the work party 🍻

  • Get un-prompted compliments about your figure 🗣
