I say it all the time But I have to keep repeating it because some people just don't believe me 🤷♂️ Weight loss is simple You just need to eat fewer calories than you use for a long period of time But most people don't have a problem starting and losing a few pounds I'm sure you've managed to lose 2-5 pounds before with a bit of effort Reader Where most people struggle is the actual SPEED of weight loss It's always slower than people expect 🐢 And sometimes it'll just stop for a few days or weeks 🛑 And that can be demotivating So, it comes down to a choice between 2 things:
You need to pick one of these when you start losing weight You either work hard which means;
(this will get you fast, consistent results) OR You take a more relaxed approach and accept much slower results This approach means you can allow yourself to;
BUT, to reiterate, your results will MUCH slower HOW slow depends on HOW relaxed your approcah is There is no right or wrong answer as to which approach you pick But one thing is for sure You can't take a relaxed approach AND expect fast results It just ain't gonna happen So if you're dieting now, and you're not happy with the speed of yourself results, it might be that you're just a little too relaxed Getting the balance right is tough, but it's so important ⚖ If you need help with that, book in a free call with me 💻
