Well, you know what I'm going to say Reader, the best time to start was yesterday But you could still make some changes We're in the 1st week of April. Let's say you were going away on the 1st of August 📅 That's about 4 months or 16 weeks If you do everything right, you could lose around 1 pound or half a kilo per week That means that by 1st of August, you could by 16 pounds, or 8kg down That's a lot of weight.
