"WAKE THE FUCK UP!"

That is this man's catchphrase

Specifically, he wants you to wake up and realise that you're eating 'processed shit' Reader

And that you should ONLY be eating

  • Eggs 🍳
  • Fatty cuts of meat (like chicken thigh) 🍖
  • Lamb
  • Pork 🥓
  • Steak 🥩

Because it makes you 'feel better'

He also thinks you should be 'baking your own bread' 🍞

Because shop-bought bread has "too many ingredients"

The man hasn't got a clue what he's talking about

And that's fine

Anyone can say what they want on the internet

The problem is, a lot of people believe in what he says, and trust his advice

The good thing is, his advice is very easy to debunk

Would you say blueberries are healthy?

Probably

But by Eddie Abbews logic, they aren't, after all, just look at all the ingredients they have...

Another one of Eddie Abbew's catchphrases is 'nutrition is simple'

But it's not

It's not as simple as saying 'only eat single-ingredient foods'

Because single-ingredient foods don't actually exist (as you can see form the image above)

But'll tell you what is simple

Weight loss

It's a lot simpler than these influencers make out

And yes, you can eat processed foods and still lose weight

If you can't lose weight, I can 100% guarantee you that processed foods aren't your problem

Eating too many calories is your problem

And it's a very simple fix

The hard part is being consistent

(But the good news is you don't need to give up cereal and Haribo) 🥣 🍬
