I Can't Spell πŸ“

You might have noticed that my emails have a few typos in

I know that

Most of the time it's because I'm typing quickly and I miss the typos

​

​

I should type more slowly, or just proofread

​

​

​

​

But I'm not really too worried about that Reader

What I care about is that I'm getting the message across

​

​

If I'm telling you that habits and consistency are the most important things for weight loss, it doesn't matter if there's a typo in my email

​

Imperfect action beats imperfect inaction

​

​

​

What the hell do I mean by that?

​

​

​

Well, it's better do something that isn't exactly 'correct', 'optimal' or 'perfect' than to do nothing at all

​

​

SO many people fall into this trap with weight loss Reader

​

​

​

They spend weeks or months

​

​

​

  • Trying to calculate the 'perfect' split of protein. carbs and fat πŸ“Š

​

  • Putting together the ideal workout plan πŸ€Έβ€β™‚οΈ

​

  • Loading the cupboards with fancy supplements πŸ’Š

​

  • Buying expensive Gymshark workout gear πŸ₯»

​

  • Scouring Instagram for fitness content they can resonate with πŸ“±

​

​

​

​

All this is just fluff

​

​

​

It won't actually get you results

​

​

​

It's just procrastination (did I spell that right?!)

​

​

​

There is no such thing as 'perfect' when it comes to weight loss

​

​

​

You JUST need to start

​

​

​

Start tracking;

​

​

  • Weight
  • Calorie Intake
  • Activity

​

​

Once you are armed with that data, you can start making changes and start getting results

​

​

​

You don't even need to try to work out what calories you need

​

​

​

You can just guess...

​

​

​

Pick 1,600 calories - if you're not losing weight after 3 weeks, drop it by 100 calories and see what happens

​

​

​

It's so simple, you just need to do it

​

​

​

Stop procrastinating

​

​

​

Perfect doesn't exist

​

​

​

And if you wait for perfection, you'll be in the same position 6 months down the line

​

​
