Diet Coke Is BETTER Than Water 🥤

My last email was about Eddie Abbew

And he would HATE what I'm about to say (yes, he's living rent-free in my head)

But this isn't my opinion Reader

It's just facts based on evidence

You can read the study here if you want

But I know you won't So here it is the #1 takeaway....

If you're trying to lose weight, Diet Coke (or any zero calorie fizzy drink) is BETTER than water

Yep

I know, it goes against EVERYTHING you've heard before

"drink 8 litres of water a day to lose weight!

"If you're hungry it's just thirst, drink some water"

"staying hydrated melts body fat"

They all sound right, and there is some truth in them all

Drinking more water probably will help with weight loss

But fizzy drinks will help MORE

Why? 4 reasons:

  1. Fizzy drinks will hydrate you just as much as water

2. Diet fizzy drinks have 0 calories

2. The bubbles in fizzy drinks take up more room in your stomach, which helps you to feel full

4. Fizzy drinks are sweet, which will help you stop you eating high-calorie sweet foods like Harbio, Chocolate, and cakes

Those are all great things, but I know what you're thinking

"Won't the sweeteners in Diet Fizzy drinks mess with my metabolism"

The answer is no

The only thing that will affect your metabolism is your weight

So if you're dieting and shying away from Coke Zero, Or Fanta Zero, or whatever your drink of choice is, don't

In fact, drinking more will probably help you
